Mrs Omorogieva Elizabeth Ileka has served for decades in the Higher Education sector in Nigeria. Since she joined the service of the National Open University of Nigeria, She held positions in various directorates-

In 2017, she was deployed to head the Special Study Centre for the Nigeria Police Force, (NPF); a position she held until she was redeployed as the inaugural Director (Advancement & Linkages).
With several years of being progressively responsible for administrative affairs and academic support services, Mrs. Ileka possesses a well-honed and proven record in administrative and supervisory functions in people-oriented environments. Throughout her career, she has built teams that have been consistently cohesive, dynamic and high performing.
She has served in several ad-hoc capacities both within and outside her area of paid employment. As a testament for her excellence in administration and management, she has received various awards and commendations.
Mrs. Ileka is a member of various professional bodies and organisations some of which has conferred her with fellowship awards.
